This newly built guest suite at our home sits high up on a quiet, peaceful hill in one of Encinitas' oldest neighborhoods: Olivenhain. Despite its relaxing charm, it's only minutes away from countless shops and restaurants but most importantly: The Beach. The toughest decision you'll have to make while here is whether to go to Cardiff by the Sea for the day or Moonlight State Beach, often ranked one of the best in the country. With Olivenhain's incredible "dark sky policy," you'll feel as if you've left all the business of San Diego to end the day.

We're a local San Diego family, a local architect/developer and realtor who had a crazy dream of building a prefab home in one of San Diego County's most amazing areas.
