Ladder and stairs — The home is three stories and requires use of stairs. The lofts is accessible by an indoor ladder and is not recommended for young children.
Parking — This unit parks one car in a garage. Access can be tight due to the alley configuration. Large vehicles are very hard to maneuver in and out.
No Smoking - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for cigarette butts found on the property
No Parties - Parties without prior written permission are not welcome here. Please spare our environment. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for any confetti found.

About the Owner
We are Pedro, Natalie and our two great kids. We're a local San Diego family, a local designer & developer and realtor who along with some friends had a crazy dream of building three prefab homes on the beach to visit with our family from time to time. These three beach houses, built by local San Diego families, are our slice of heaven and proudest achievement. The portuguese cobblestone, an homage to the Copacabana boardwalk is a nod to my Brazilian heritage. We love sharing our homes with the world and our kids love sleeping in the lofts and hanging out on the beach for days on end. We're often staying in one of the homes with our families, our parents, our kids or some friends and would love to meet like-minded vacationers with a love for the beach, fresh air and good times!Location
